All goods are shipped from the Netherlands and are delivered to the address stated on the order. We only deliver to residential or business addresses – not to PO boxes or parcel shops (this is also a safety measure for yourself). As an extra security measure, our brand name will not appear outside the box or in the return address.
The courier makes three delivery attempts. Even after a single missed attempt, we strongly recommend contacting the carrier to schedule a new delivery time. All orders are shipped with DHL or UPS, depending on the destination. Upon receipt, the package must be signed. Anyone at the addresses can sign for you, but be careful, as it is binding on you.
If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to wait until all items are in stock. If you would like to receive items in separate deliveries sooner, additional shipping charges may apply.
2. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We offer free standard delivery with no order minimums for countries within the Benelux. For all other lengths we use shipping costs, which can be found at the bottom of the page.
3. DELIVERY TIME
For items “in stock”:
Netherlands 2-3 working days
Europe 5-7 working days
Rest of the world 7-10 business days
We also offer a large selection of “made to order” items, while delivery can vary between 8-30 days. You can always contact customer service for an update on your order.
All orders are shipped with PostNl, DHL or UPS, depending on the destination. Delivery times are accurate for most parts, but sometimes delays can occur.
4. TRACK AND TRACE
All our shipments are insured and will be available with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped and registered by our courier, you will receive a track and trace number by email (don’t forget to check your spam filter).
