Shipping Policy

GENERAL

All items are shipped from the Netherlands and delivered to the address provided on the order. We only deliver to residential or business addresses – not to P.O. boxes or parcel shops (this is also a safety measure for you). As an additional safety measure, our brand name does not appear on the outside of our packaging, nor in the sender address.

The courier will make three delivery attempts. After a single missed attempt, we strongly recommend contacting the courier to reschedule a delivery. All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS, depending on the destination. A signature is required upon receipt of the package. Anyone at your address can sign for you, but be careful, as it is binding for you.

If your order consists of multiple items, we reserve the right to wait until all items are in stock. If you prefer to receive items in separate deliveries, additional shipping fees may apply.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE BENELUX

We offer free standard delivery with no minimum order value for countries within the Benelux. For all other countries, shipping charges will apply.

DELIVERY TIME

Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.

TRACK AND TRACE

All our shipments are insured and will be available with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped and registered by our courier, you will receive a tracking number by email (don’t forget to check your spam filter). You can always contact customer service for an update on your order at office@deparmedesign.com.
