The delivery time for our handmade jewelry ranges from 8 to 30 days, depending on the design and finish. If possible, we will try to deliver the desired piece from our collection earlier.

All our shipments are fully insured and come with track & trace. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

All prices include 21% VAT.

The purchase may be returned within 14 days. In case of a return, the item must be undamaged, unused, and in a resellable condition, and delivered to De Parme Design. If the item is received damaged by the buyer, the buyer must notify De Parme Design within 24 hours. Every purchase comes with a 12-month warranty.

Please note that custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned, as the jewellery is made specifically for you.

Our designs are delicate and need to be handled with care. Please store your jewellery in the supplied pouches and cases, to prevent them from scratching.

Please avoid contact with water, perfume, other liquids or strong substances.

In our workshop we have a team of specialists who are experts in any restauration, restringing, stone setting or restauration challenge. Please contact info@deparmedesign.com for a consultation.

When not worn, we strongly advise jewellery from our collections to be stored in the supplied pouch and cases. Your jewellery can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush and soft jewellery polishing cloth. Avoid any soap.

If your De Parme Design piece is in need of repair, please contact us via info@deparmedesign.com and send us a message including a photo of the jewellery piece.
