After your order, the jewel will be shipped within three working days. We ship our jewelry worldwide, within the Benelux this is free. The purchase may be returned within 14 days. In case of return, the purchase must be undamaged, unused and in a re-saleable condition and must be delivered to De Parme Design. If the purchase is received by the buyer in damaged condition, the buyer must report this to De Parme Design within 24 hours. Every purchase has a 12 month warranty.
